Chief Executive Officer
Josh has honed his sales and leadership skills over the past decade as an elite individual salesperson and regional manager. Josh has spent the last five years focused specifically on solar and growing markets from the ground up for both national and regional solar companies. Josh is excited to combine his wealth of experience with a customer-centric mindset to bring solar to your home!
On the weekends, you’ll find Josh enjoying the outdoors, at church, and spending time with his family.
Kam Hau
Chief Operating Officer
Kam brings over 15 years of business operations experience to the TGE Solar family business. His experience includes sales, marketing, sales operations and business systems leadership. He loves nothing more than helping others to meet their goals. Kam is 100% focused on doing what is right for the customer each and every time.
In his free time, Kam is focused on enjoying every moment with his wife, Katie, and their three young girls.
Leslie Swartz
Marketing Director
Leslie has a passion and creative eye for all things photography, videography, and social media. Her professional career includes over a decade of customer service roles in the finance business where she excels at putting the customer first. Throughout her financial career, she continued to work as a photographer, taking family portraits, maternity photos, newborn, engagement, and a wedding or two.
She strongly believes in TGE Solar’s mission and values renewable energy for the sake of our planet and the financial freedom it can provide to those who invest in it. Her personal mission is to inform and share the ease, accessibility, and benefits of solar power.
Myles Roberts
Manager of Sales Development
Myles has been crafting his business development skills for the last 7 years as an individual contributor and leader of sales development teams at high-growth organizations. He has a strong passion for growing teams and coaching individuals to their fullest potential. He is in love with helping homeowners find a solution that works best for them, even if it means less profit for the company. On a daily basis, Myles reaffirms the customer-first approach that guides TGE Solar.
Outside of work, Myles is our resident chef! He enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends for elaborate taco nights. He is a phenomenal father to three little girls and is blessed to have married his best friend.
